Platform Lift Company Support Help for Heroes

The Platform Lift Company Managing Director Sean O’ Sullivan got involved with helping the RFEA (The Forces Employment Charity) nearly a year ago to help wounded soldiers find employment through mentoring them back into civilian street life. RFEA’s goal is to help employers find quality personnel to fill their open positions. Service leavers who are looking for employment consistently provide companies with well-trained, technically advanced, seasoned and reliable employees.

Sean has found this challenging in every way as most of the wounded soldiers he has been mentoring have been out in the front line fighting for our country, Sean says:

“It really does put your world into perspective when you work with these guys and girls that are “thrown” back into the civilian world with very little confidence and very little understanding of the other side…..especially when they have brain damage, no limbs only in there 20’s and very angry……it’s a cruel world”
