DDA compliant access for Golf Club Conference & Wedding Facilities

Brief:

To become DDA compliant, the Gaudet Luce Golf Club needed to install a platform lift. The golf club also wanted to be able to offer access to all to its conferencing and wedding facilities. The lift installation would need to be architecturally sensitive to the renovated agricultural building.

Solution:

A vertical platform lift was specified, as it has minimal impact on the structure of building. The Vertical also comes complete with its own one-hour fire rated shaft and battery back-up of emergency power, ideally for the leisure industry.

In addition, the Vertical platform lift comes with a slip-resistant floor and contact-sensitive perimeter safety edges; ensuring safety is a top priority. The cost-effective, easy-to-install platform lift guarantees minimal disruption whilst being installed; again ideally suited to the Gaudet Luce Golf Club, as the club was still in use during installation.
